The HC3089 is a compact and high efficiency asynchronous step-up DC/DC converter. It can provide high efficiency even at heavy load by internal NMOS switch. The HC3089 generates an output voltage of up to 5.5V from an input voltage as low as 2.5V.
The HC3089 is ideal for applications where space is limited with tiny, low cost and low profile external components.
The HC3089 is available in a low profile SOT-23-6L package.
