The HC3090 is a compact and high efficiency asynchronous step-up DC/DC converter. It can provide high efficiency even at heavy load by internal NMOS switch. The HC3090 generates an output voltage of up to 5V from an input voltage as low as 2.5V.
The HC3090 is ideal for applications where space is limited with tiny, low cost and low profile external components.
The HC3090 is available in a low profile SOT-23-6L package.
